Getting Started Tips
Quick Start GuideThere’s a full range of video tutorials in our Knowledgebase, but this page highlights some of the less obvious functions in Front Office Box. Most people get comfortable with the software pretty quickly, once they’ve understood how we offer different workflows, to suit different businesses and different approaches. These few tips help them get started. If there’s something not covered send us your question in an email to info@frontofficebox.com and we’ll get straight back to you. Thanks for your interest in our project. |

Activating Your AccountComplete our Registration Form and we’ll get right back to you with an email confirming your address. In the email you’ll find a link to our Activation Page where you can select a password and the go to Manage My Account where you can create your email dropbox address, find your iCal address for calendar publishing and invite colleagues to share your Front Office Box. We will send this email – it’s automated -so if you haven’t received it within a couple of minutes check your Spam folder where it may have been sent, in error. |

Email Dropbox and Calendar IntegrationThe best place to start setting up your Front Office Box is in Manage My Account. You’ll find the link in the top right of any page. Find these fields on the left hand side of the page. Here you can set up your email dropbox address. Messages sent there will show up in your Dashboard. This can be really useful for simple reminders – messages can be deleted right there – and it’s invaluable for those important emails we want to be sure we can find when the time comes. In the email assign panel we can drive the entire workflow – adding new companies, plans and actions, and attaching the email to them. Subscribe to the Calendar URL in Calendars and we’ll publish your actions there. Google Calendar sends us our Agenda for the day, at 5.00am every morning. |
