Our objective is keeping Front Office Box available 365X24, wherever there’s a web browser.
Unfortunately there are times when we have to take it offline for maintenance, but this happens so rarely (thanks to our great technology partners) we’re happy to publish times when it hasn’t been available, as follows:
March 19th 2008 - down for 2 hours - hosting company restarted the server
January 11 2008 - down for 10 hours - hosting company changed server
October 25 2007 - down for 6 hours - memory upgrade
August 15 2007 - down for 3 hours - memory upgrade
May 4 2007 - down for 4 hours - disk upgrade
