Sales Management Principles and Best Practice

by

in Reengineering Sales, Sales Manager

Are you looking for templates to develop your sales strategy? If so you’re in the right place. Welcome. The mission of this blog is passing on our experience, gained over 30 years, of developing and executing strategic sales management.

Naturally we don’t know the specifics of your business, market and resources so can’t relate our experience to those directly. But we can explain what we’ve learned in general terms, so you can understand the basic principles, then adapt them to suit your own needs. That’s what we’ve done with our tutorial templates.

The series is a general framework including fundamental principles explained, methods for developing the strategy with examples, and processes and systems.

Successful Sales Management is divided into topics, so you can choose which ones interests you right now.

Each tutorial is relatively short. The first reading probably won’t take you more than 15 minutes.

Wherever possible we’ve quoted examples or illustrated the tools we’ve used ourselves.

And finally we’re here to help. If you’d anything explained, or a second opinion on something specific to your needs, get in touch via email at steve@frontofficebox.us.

Here’s a list of the tutorials we’ve produced.

  • Success in Sales Management
  • Principles of Professional Selling
  • Sales Management Processes and Tools
  • Sales Probability and Process Management
  • Sales Qualification the Secret Sauce
  • Learn to Love Your Price

You can download them HERE right now and raise your game in sales as soon as tomorrow, maybe even later today.
