Actually this is a “best of” covering the last two weeks.  Somehow I never got to the newsletter last week so we’ll cover both this time around – keeping my comments to a minimum.  It’s my update so I can choose my own stuff, of course.

In 11 Ways We Solve Your Business Infomation Problems we’ve summarised content from  different articles where we’ve explained how we solve our own business information problems with Front Office box – and for each there’s a short video demonstration.  It’s a sort of reference library of business processes implemented using software designed for the job.

In Do You Have An Inbound Marketing Sales Strategy we discuss just why every business should have inbound marketing as part of the sales process – not just bringing in leads, but actually closing the sale at the same time.

In How an Ambitious Start Up Wants to Revolutionise Banking Mashable features Banksimple with a simple explanation of how this new business intends to offer us a new experience in banking.

In Google Focusing on Checkins with Places API Mashable explains how Google will bulldoze its way into the location market with Places local business directories.

In Stop. Waving Time the Google Wave team demonstrates ways Wave Gadgets can be used to keep meetings and other discussions focused on time.

The Next Web tells us how to bring our iPhone 3G back to it’s usual performance (which wasn’t great) after the latest software update built for iPhone 4 turned it into a useless piece of junk.

Mashable features a survey showing how Facebook Leads in the Web’s Worst In Customer Satisfaction

And my favourite post of the week is Seth Godin explains The Paradox of Promises in the Age of Word of Mouth

That’s your lot for this update – have a great week.
