The new Front Office Box has some neat features to help you start the year in the best way, with plans, objectives and actions. Maybe the best starting point is our sales pipeline – planning the business we’ll win sets the scene for resources, expenses and cash.
With our Sales Pipeline Management you can have an ordered list of opportunities, and see at a glance which deals are most likely, and which need some work. They’re listed in close data order – first to close is top of the list. Colours show probabilty, based on completed milestones and the weighted value shows what each deal is worth, given it’s progress. These simple features make a big difference when it comes to deciding on “bankers” and “wankers” – which deals to invest more cost of sale on, and which ones to leave to the competition.The whole process is continuous qualification, enabled in software.
