Integrate Voicemail with Sales Management

Voicemail can be a big help  - recording messages when we’re busy, or when we just need a little peace.  But it’s a problem too!  Inevitably transferring information from phone to computer, or paper notes is a pain in the rear – an extra step when we need to get on with responding.

Now there’s an elegant and seamless solution connecting the voice message with what we know and plan to do.

Ribbit is an exciting new service, currently in restricted Beta, which replaces typical voicemail with a webapp.  Messages left are kept as voicemail, but they’re also transcribed to text and sent to the user via SMS and Email.

In our case it’s a simple task to get the message into Front Office Box where we keep our sales plans and customer relationship information. From there we can review everything we have on record and create/schedule/assign tasks – all in one step.

There are lots of cool features in Ribbit, but the best thing about this for me is my voicemail messages get sent to my Dashboard, where I can do something with them.
