Over the last several months I’ve been researching how small business owners view the new phenomena of social networking. The vast majority of entrepreneurs I’ve spoken to reported they didn’t understand how to engage. The various forums, and especially Twitter, are both confusing and intimidating.
Chris Brogan recently posted on how newcomers can get involved, and be confident in the way they do it.
