The problem is not everybody wants to meet in the same places, and not everybody feels comfortable contributing with blogs and forums.
We have some users who find Linked In a useful place to spend maybe an hour before dinner. If that’s where they do business they don’t want to spend “Linked In” time on our User Forum.
This doesn’t mean they don’t want engage with other FOB users – just they have to allocate time to places they find productive for their business.
Sorry it took us a while but we figured it out in the end and will now set about being wherever our users are.
Thanks to Brian Wilson for pointing this out to us, and for his other suggestion we offer short examples of how people can use FOB for other than complex customer relationship management needs.
So we’ve set up a new group on Linked In as a place where we can swap stories etc.
Its easy to find, just look for FrontOfficeBox amongst the Linked In group.
If that’s where you spend your networking time please join us.
BTW we also have a group on Facebook,
We’re active on Twitter
We have a Tumblr group.
And of course we have our user forum.
