We’ve just launched our Welcome Suite for new registrations.
Rather than leaving our new users hanging we’re inviting them to the suite immediately so as they can start planning how to use their Front Office Box.
The Suite makes available the answers to questions most new users start with -

- How do I transition my existing information
One of the limitations with other software we’ve come across is new registrations are sent straight to the application and pretty much left to get on with it.
We’ve decided to recognize there’s a serial process from attracting attention through to full adoption. In the middle of that process is the gap between marketing sites and the production software. This is where most adoption fails, or begins to.
Our Answer – engage the new user immediately in a new process of learning and planning so that when the account is set up they know exactly where, and how to get started.
