This post is intended to keep our users up to date with our plans for enhanced Opportunity Management. This includes what we’ve previously described as pipeline management, but we will extend the functionality to both customer service and projects.
We’re thinking off adding a new dimension to Opportunity Management – Milestones. These will be used to calculate probabilities in sales forecasting, and also help users embrace “best practice” in terms of sales process. In customer service and projects we’ll use them measure “progress”.
We’ve done the design work for dashboard reporting and this thumbnail illustrates what it might look like.
